These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of the SafeWeb Plus services ("Services") by Meerkat Comms Ltd ("the Company").
1. Introduction 1.1. Except where stated otherwise, capitalised terms shall have the meanings defined in the overarching terms and conditions of Meerkat Comms Ltd.
2. SafeWeb Plus Service 2.1. The SafeWeb Plus service will search the dark web for the Customer’s Domain to identify breaches of email addresses and associated passwords. The Company will provide the Customer with reports of such breaches only. The Company does not guarantee that the SafeWeb Plus Service will identify all or any breaches, and the Customer accepts that the Service is provided on an endeavours-only basis.
2.2. The Company will send reports to the email address provided by the Customer. The Customer must ensure that their contact details, including email addresses, are kept up to date with the Company.
2.3. SafeWeb Plus operates as a reactive service. The Company will provide reports only after a breach has occurred.
2.4. The Customer is responsible for securing email addresses, passwords, and any confidential or sensitive information in accordance with best industry practices.
2.5. In the event of a breach, the Customer must promptly take appropriate action to remediate the breach in line with best industry practices.
2.6. The Customer is responsible for all proactive and reactive cybersecurity measures deemed necessary following the identification of a breach of email addresses, passwords, or other information.
2.7. The Company accepts no liability for any breaches of email addresses, passwords, or other information, nor for the Customer’s failure to remediate such breaches.
2.8. SafeWeb Plus is not intended to replace IT security best practices or any preventive cybersecurity measures.
2.9. If the Customer requests the Company's support in remediating a breach (and if agreed by the Company), additional charges may apply.
2.10. The Customer may terminate the Contract at any time with not less than 30 days' written notice to the Company.
2.11. The monthly Charge for SafeWeb Plus is as specified in the Order Form or in correspondence from the Company, adjusted in accordance with the overarching terms and conditions.
